Overview

‘Primary Music – Composition Made Simple’ Training

This session is intended to de-mystify the area of composition and help non-specialists get to grips with this important element of the music curriculum. It will be a practically based session where delegates will have the opportunity to try some of the suggested activities in a non-threatening, fun way.

Based around our ‘Big Questions’ model, and tailored as much as possible to your school’s context and unique character, we will focus on providing answers that will enable staff to teach music composition in a much more confident way.

Who is this for?

Primary schools everywhere (curriculum leaders, music subject leaders, class teachers, HLTAs)
It is designed specifically for those who lack confidence in delivering practical music lessons.

How long does the training last?

‘Primary Music – Composition Made Simple’ training sessions are held in your school and are available as:-
