SixTicks in Action

Before a writing task, teachers create a SixTicks Success Grid. The Grid is composed of consistent headings, with each heading followed by a target personalised to suit the needs of the pupil. These six headings include the areas of grammar and punctuation. They are shared with the pupil before they write so that throughout the task the child has a consistent reference to self-assess their own work. More and more schools are improving writing with SixTicks Marking System!
